These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the panako platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By using panako, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use panako. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Underage accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each player is permitted one panako account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in account suspension. Your account is personal, non-transferable, and must not be shared with or used by any other person.
All bonuses at panako are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier and eligible game contributions are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash directly.
Identity verification (KYC) using a valid Philippine government-issued ID is required before withdrawal processing. This protects both you and panako from fraud and ensures funds reach the correct person.
All panako games use certified Random Number Generator technology. Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated tools, or collude with other players to gain unfair advantage will result in account termination.

2.1 By accessing or using the panako Platform in any capacity — including browsing without an account — you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all additional rules, guidelines, and policies referenced herein or published on the Platform from time to time.
2.2 These Terms take effect from the date you first access the Platform or the date of your Account registration, whichever is earlier, and continue for the duration of your use of the Platform.
2.3 panako reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 If you access the panako Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that person or entity.

3.2 You may register only one (1) Account on panako. The existence of duplicate accounts is prohibited regardless of intent. Where duplicate accounts are identified, panako reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, credit the balance of the oldest verified account, and forfeit any bonuses associated with duplicate accounts.
3.3 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify panako promptly of any changes.
3.4 panako reserves the right to refuse registration or access to any individual at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, underage access, or violation of these Terms.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your panako login credentials — username and password. You must not share, transfer, or disclose your credentials to any third party. panako will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain credential confidentiality.
4.2 You must notify panako immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact our support team via live chat (available 8AM to midnight PHT) or via email at [email protected].
4.3 Your Account and all funds associated with it are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, pledge, or otherwise deal with your Account or any part of your Player Balance.
4.4 Inactive accounts — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be classified as dormant. panako may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.
4.5 panako reserves the right to request additional identification or verification documents at any time in accordance with its AML compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions including suspension of withdrawals.
5.1 panako accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is always available on the Platform.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount at panako is ₱100 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player account tier.
5.3 Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically reflected in your Player Balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the sending institution's processing time.
5.4 panako does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other persons — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
5.5 panako does not charge a processing fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or charges, for which panako accepts no liability.
6.1 You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.
6.2 Withdrawal processing is subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or UMID card). panako reserves the right to request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount at panako is ₱200. Processing times are as follows:
6.4 panako reserves the right to delay or withhold processing of withdrawal requests where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or Terms violation; (c) the withdrawal is pending investigation under panako's AML procedures; or (d) bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
6.5 Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the net winnings generated from wagering bonus funds — after satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement — may be converted to withdrawable Real Money balance, subject to applicable maximum withdrawal limits specified in the relevant promotion terms.
7.1 panako offers various promotions, bonuses, and incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 Bonuses are granted for personal recreational use only. Any evidence of systematic bonus abuse — including but not limited to: bonus hunting, use of betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or collusion with other players — will result in cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and possible account closure.
7.4 panako is not obligated to offer any particular bonus or promotion to any particular player and reserves the right to determine eligibility for promotions at its sole discretion.
8.1 Each game available on the panako Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing bets.
8.2 All non-live games on panako use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slots and RNG-based games are disclosed within the game information panel.
8.3 Live casino games at panako Casino are conducted by real dealers via HD video stream. The outcome of live games is determined by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling as observed in the live feed and is not susceptible to RNG manipulation. Live game feeds are recorded and audited.
8.4 In the event of a disconnection during a live or RNG game, panako's system records the state of play at the point of disconnection. Bets already placed and accepted by the system will be settled according to the game outcome. panako is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side.
8.5 panako reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including but not limited to: bets placed after a game event has concluded, bets placed due to obvious software pricing errors, or bets accepted as a result of a technical malfunction. Affected players will be notified and refunded the staked amount.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the panako Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
9.2 Where prohibited conduct is identified, panako reserves the right to, without prior notice: void all affected bets, forfeit all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings, suspend or permanently close the Account, and refer the matter to law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
10.1 All content on the panako Platform — including but not limited to: website design, logos, graphics, text, game software, sound effects, animations, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of panako or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 The "panako" name and logo are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, panako's total liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.2 panako shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated winnings.
11.3 panako does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or events beyond panako's reasonable control — including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or acts of government — may affect Platform availability. panako will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit panako's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) personal injury or death caused by negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 panako is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player well-being. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from your Account settings:
12.2 panako will not attempt to reverse, override, or delay any responsible gaming tool activated by a player. These tools exist for player protection and are non-negotiable once invoked.

12.4 panako will not knowingly allow a player who has self-excluded to open a new account or continue gaming during an active exclusion period. If you have self-excluded and believe you have been allowed to register a new account in error, please contact our support team immediately.
13.1 panako reserves the right to suspend or close any Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
13.2 You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting panako support. Any remaining verified Real Money balance (net of outstanding bonuses subject to wagering) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method after identity verification.
13.3 Where an Account is closed due to a Terms violation, panako reserves the right to retain all or part of the Account balance as compensation for damages, losses, or costs incurred as a result of the violation, after giving you reasonable notice and opportunity to respond.
14.1 If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of your panako experience — a game outcome, a transaction, a bonus, or any other matter — you should first contact panako's customer support team via live chat (8AM–12MN PHT) or by email at [email protected]. Please provide full details of the dispute, including relevant dates, transaction IDs, and a description of the issue.
14.2 panako will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours and will endeavour to resolve it within five (5) business days. Complex disputes may require up to 30 calendar days for full investigation.
14.3 All game outcomes and transaction records are logged and time-stamped by panako's systems. These records constitute the primary evidence in any dispute and shall be treated as definitive in the absence of compelling evidence to the contrary.
14.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through panako's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory body. panako cooperates fully with regulatory investigations.
15.1 panako reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
15.2 For material amendments — those that substantively affect player rights or obligations — panako will provide advance notice of at least fourteen (14) days via the email address registered to your Account and via in-platform notification.
15.3 Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or updates to reflect regulatory changes — may take effect immediately without advance notice.
15.4 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the panako Platform.
16.3 The panako Platform is intended for use by Philippine residents only. Access from outside the Philippines may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction from which access is made, and players are responsible for ensuring that accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
